Recently, new images of the Princess of Wales were unveiled, showcasing her involvement in the upcoming festive season events. One such image, distributed by Kensington Palace, features the Princess promoting a Christmas carol service scheduled at Westminster Abbey.

The event, titled Royal Carols: Together at Christmas, is set to be recorded this week. Here’s a glimpse from the previous year’s gathering.

For more insights, refer to a detailed article from People magazine.

“Celebrate this Christmas Eve with us at Westminster Abbey for a special service filled with festive carols and stunning performances, marking the joy of the season,” invites Kate in a promotional clip set to broadcast Sunday evening.

“This year, we dedicate the carol service to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, honoring her lifelong values of duty, empathy, faith, service, kindness, compassion, and support for the community,” the announcement added.

The royal family, including King Charles and the Queen Consort, will be present at the recording. The event will be televised by ITV on Christmas Eve. Below is another image shared by the Palace over the weekend.

The invitation, designed by artist Aurelie Baudry Palmer, features a tribute to the late Queen.

For further details, see an article from HELLO! magazine.

In an exclusive conversation with London-based illustrator Aurelie Baudry Palmer, the creative mind behind the festive invitation, the team at HELLO! learned about a last-minute request by Princess Kate to include an illustration of Corgis, a nod to Queen Elizabeth II’s beloved dog breed.

“The overwhelming positive response to my design has been heartwarming, and it’s an honor to contribute to such a meaningful event,” expressed Aurelie.

Admirers of Aurelie’s work can explore her creations on her Etsy shop, though she is currently on a brief hiatus.

In the promotional imagery, the Princess is seen in the Aurora Ballerina Dress by Needle and Thread, a stunning red ensemble priced at $719 on the US site and £460 on the UK site.

The dress, inspired by a vintage lace tablecloth, features a floral sequin design, sheer sleeves, a sheer hem panel, and a concealed back zipper. The bodice is partially lined, while the skirt is fully lined. Here’s a detailed view of the lace frill at the collar and upper arm.

The dress was first spotted on the Princess during a reception at Buckingham Palace in January 2020.

For the event, she accessorized with Soru Ruby Earrings and Gianvito Rossi 105 heels.

Additionally, more images and videos from the Earthshot Prize Awards have been released. The event featured a message from Sir David Attenborough and was hosted by Clara Amfo and Daniel Dae Kim.

The Princess awarded the Clean Our Air category prize to Mukuru Clean Stoves, a Kenyan start-up. Here she is on stage, with the vibrant green of her dress contrasting beautifully against the backdrop.

Here are some additional black and white photos from the event, capturing candid moments of joy and celebration.

Lastly, PBS will re-air the Earthshot Prizes this Wednesday at 8 ET. The broadcast can also be viewed online.

Looking forward to sharing more about the carol concert later this week!
