Today, the Princess attended a sensory development workshop in Sittingbourne, Kent, which is located roughly an hour and a half east of Windsor. She chose outfits that she has worn previously for the occasion.

Here, the Princess is greeted upon her arrival.
The session, aimed at families and children requiring additional support, was conducted by the Kent Portage Team, a service that provides educational home visits for preschool children with special needs.
The term “Portage” is derived from a town in Wisconsin, USA, where the concept of home teaching first originated, according to the National Portage Association. The Princess was seen interacting with two-year-old Warren during the session.
Since 1976, Portage services have been available in the UK.
During her visit, the Princess engaged with parents, caregivers, and children who benefit from the service. In one instance, she was photographed giving a big thumbs-up to one-year-old Skylar, who was playing with a piece of foam.
A video by Matt Wilkinson from The Sun captured the day’s activities.
Rebecca English, reporting for the Daily Mail, noted that the session included seven children with various needs, including autism and Down Syndrome. The session was held at the Orchards Centre in Sittingbourne and managed by Kent County Council.
Stephen Ikebuwa, a parent who attended the session, shared a personal moment with the Princess, noting her empathetic response when he mentioned his wife’s struggle with hyperemesis gravidarum during pregnancy, a condition the Princess herself experienced.
The Princess also spent time with three-year-old Beatrice, who was enjoying playing with shredded paper.
According to a Yahoo UK article, the visit was part of the Princess’s ongoing focus on early childhood development and the Shaping Us campaign she launched earlier this year.
Turning our attention to what the Princess wore, she was seen in a red Zara Textured Double-Breasted Blazer, which she has worn on several occasions. The blazer is known for its structured fit and distinctive gold buttons.
Underneath the blazer, she wore a camel-colored long-sleeved sweater and black Frieda Cigarette Trousers by LK Bennett, which she also owns in navy.
The Princess’s choice of attire has been noted for its elegance and practicality, reflecting a shift towards more professional and tailored looks in recent public appearances.
Her hair was styled in an updo, and she accessorized with black suede pointed ballet flats by Boden and medium twist hoop earrings by Spells of Love.
The visit highlighted the Princess’s commitment to early childhood initiatives and provided a platform for discussing the impactful work of the National Portage Service.
