Welcome back for a brief update, followed by your opportunity to weigh in on the Princess’s fashion choices from 2023.

Regarding the Princess’s health, there have been no further developments as per the latest from Kensington Palace. Photos show Prince William visiting the London Clinic, but beyond that, there’s little to report. We’re in a phase where no news is considered good news, and we anticipate the next announcement will likely be about the Princess’s return home to continue her recovery.

In other royal health updates, King Charles is scheduled for prostate surgery this week. He is expected to stay in the hospital for a night or two, followed by a period of rest and a lighter schedule for a couple of weeks. For those wishing to send their best, the King’s mailing address is: His Majesty The King, Buckingham Palace, London SW1A 1AA, United Kingdom. Additionally, the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, shared this summer that she was treated for breast cancer and has recently been diagnosed with malignant melanoma, a severe form of skin cancer. She remains upbeat and thankful for the support she has received.

Turning to a lighter topic, let’s explore some of the new handbags the Princess sported in 2023. First up, a ‘Lake’ suede Natasha clutch by Emmy London, priced at $440. She debuted this accessory at the St.Patrick’s Day ceremony with the Irish Guards. The clutch features a detachable chain, allowing it to be worn as a crossbody.

The second bag is another Natasha Clutch from Emmy, this one in vibrant cobalt blue. It measures approximately 5″ x 8″ x 2″ and features a magnetic snap closure.

Another notable accessory is the Strathberry Multrees Chain Wallet, retailing for $425, which the Princess carried during the Order of the Garter ceremonies in June. This bag is approximately 8″ x 4″ and also comes with a detachable chain for versatile styling.

In June, the Princess was seen with a Chanel Classic Wallet on Chain, priced at $3350, during the reopening of the National Portrait Gallery. This lambskin bag is about 5″ x 7″ x 1.5″ and includes a detachable metal chain.

At the Royal Ascot, she opted for a vintage Hermès Rio clutch in rouge leather, featuring the iconic H logo on a button snap closure.

In mid-October, at a Rugby World Cup match in Marseilles, France, the Princess carried a Chanel Mini Flap Bag in black lambskin, priced at £3960. This bag features goldtone hardware and measures 5.3″ × 6.6″ × 3.1″.

During November’s Remembrance Sunday ceremony, she chose Jennifer Chamandi’s Le 8 Gold Buckle bag, a black suede envelope-inspired design from Italy, priced at £730.

Lastly, at the early December taping of “Royal Carols: Together at Christmas,” she showcased a Strathberry Mosaic Grain Leather Top-Handle Bag in vanilla ivory, priced at $555. This bag features a removable shoulder strap, one interior pocket, and the label’s signature metal bar on the front flap.
